Escape to the wilderness of a winter wonderland. Join a friend or family member on the most memorable excursion. Travel old historic trails, used for centuries by the Dene of this land. Experience hospitality, excitement, and test your endurance, your inquisitive nature, by driving your own dog team.

Enjoy the evening campfire under the Aurora Borealis, dancing across the tops of black spruce and poplar. Listen to the night call of the owl and the distant cry of the wolf. All this is yours on your Taiga dog team adventure.

Note:

Departure and pickup point - Fort Fitzgerald
Overnight trail camps will be at Lynx (Cheezie) Lake, Porcupine Lake and Charles Lake. Order is reversed for the return trip.
All trips end at Spotted Eagle Eco-Lodge for the Return to Fort Fitzgerald.

Payment Terms

The prices listed do not include the 6% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

All registrations must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of $100.00 for each person registered. Payment in full is required six (6) weeks prior to trip departure.

Cancellations will be refunded less a $100.00 administration fee up to three (3) weeks prior to the departure date. Thereafter, no refund will be given. However, a later tour may be taken the same season or rebooked for the following year. Deposits may be sold or transferred to other parties.
