Each river trail offers up its own secrets to you if you dare to try.

The waterways lead through winding flood plains and rock covered shores. Only you can experience this joy yourself, of seeing, smelling, hearing, and tasting nature. How long has it been since you smelled wood smoke over the water or shared a breakfast of bacon and pancakes with your friend? Don't wait. The North is calling to you.

Voyageurs, explorers, hunters, and trappers have all lived and travelled along our rivers. All have come and gone. Life moves on challenging the here and now. It is your time to test your skills and knowledge, to enjoy yourself in this pristine wilderness area of Canada.

Our Dene guides will paddle with you, offering their skills and knowledge of their homeland to you. Their stories will intrigue you and introduce you to a completely different way of life. If you like exciting challenges, this is for you.

• Depart on canoe adventure

• Make camp for the night, scheduled radio transmission back to town

• Break camp, continue canoeing
• Activities involve sightseeing, wildlife viewing, photo opportunities, 'catch & release' fishing and bushcraft

• Shore lunch and relaxation

• Continue canoe adventure

• Make camp, dinner, swimming, stories, songs, map & compass orienteering, etc.
• Explore around camp, radio transmission back to town

• Rest period (schedule for the day mutually agreed upon by all guests)
• Plane pick-up for guests on 5 day excursion

• Breakfast

• Break camp, continue canoeing
• Activities involve sightseeing, wildlife viewing, photo opportunities, 'catch & release' fishing and bushcraft

• Shore lunch and relaxation

• Continue canoe adventure

• Make camp, dinner, swimming, stories, songs, map & compass orienteering, etc.
• Explore around camp, radio transmission back to town

• Arrive at destination, debrief guests, cleanup of gear and prepare for the flight back to town
• Check-in for accommodation

• Free time before going to the airport for 12:30 p.m. flight south

Payment Terms

The prices listed do not include the 6% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

All registrations must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of $100.00 for each person registered. Payment in full is required six (6) weeks prior to trip departure.

Cancellations will be refunded less a $100.00 administration fee up to three (3) weeks prior to the departure date. Thereafter, no refund will be given. However, a later tour may be taken the same season or rebooked for the following year. Deposits may be sold or transferred to other parties.
